The City of Brampton purchased two lines of equipment from PPL Fitness, the Hoist Roc-It line of circuit eqiupment and the Hoist KL Circuit for Children Youth.  The delivery of the order was on time and the installation was efficient nd friendly. The equipment is very well used and a favourite of the members in our facility. We often hear from members from other facilities that they prefer the Hoist equipment because it is easy to use, easy to adjust, and is comfortable. With the equipment being well used, we expected more frequesnt repairs and replacement of parts. This has not been the case and we are pleased that the equipment has held up so well.

I have worked with Mr. Townsend of PPL Fitness over the past three years throughout the development of the Vollmer Culture and Recreation Complex, located in LaSalle, Ontario. Their expertise in the fitness industry was invaluable to us as we developed our complex, and more specifically the fitness centre located within our facility. They provided various sketches and assisted with the design of the final layout of the fitness facility. They have delivered in-service training sessions to our full time and part time staff that have enabled us to develop programs and services to meet the needs of our patrons. We are pleased with the quality and service of the SportsArt and Hoist equipment provided to our facility by PPL Fitness.

The Canada Games Complex is a large multi-purpose fitness and aquatic facility owned and operated by the City of Thunder Bay. In December of 2009 PPL was awarded the tender to supply two Sportart treadmills, one semi-recumbent bike and one upright bike. This was my first experience with Sportart treadmills and I am happy to report that the treadmills have held up well to heavy traffic in our facility. We have not had any maintenance issues with the treadmills since they were installed in January of 2010. We have had good consumer response to the treadmills and all maintenance reports are favourable at this time.

Tridel has used both SportsArt Fitness Equipment and Hoist Strength equipment in many of our high end condominiums in the past. We have had nothing but compliments from our owners on the SportsArt equipment when it has been installed into our upscale projects and will continue to use this product.  Tridel's success with fitness equipment has been in the installation of quality club level equipment with added features, warranty and performance record over brand names. Last year we used PPL to install SportsArt and Hoist Equipment into the Accolade, The Ultra Ovation, and the Renaissance. We are currently contracting with PPL Fitness for the fitness equipment at the James Cooper Mansion (installed), The Avonshire(installed), Metrogate at Solaris(installed), Parc Nuvo and Reve on Front Street.
