Our fleet of service vehicles and trained service personnel will ensure your equipment is properly assembled and placed strategically. Your facility staff will be properly trained on function of the equipment, maintenance and proper use. Extra care is how we have been successful for 36 years.
PPL Fitness offers optional annual service agreements to ensure your equipment is being properly maintained which improves the performance of the equipment and drastically reduces the chances of a breakdown or disruption in service.
Monthly Maintenance
Minimize equipment breakdown, increase the lifespan of your fitness equipment investment and reduce your liability by implementing a PPL Fitness Monthly Maintenance Program. This preventative maintenance agreement is customized to your facility and is based on the type of equipemnt, quantity, manufacturer, age of equipment, average useage of the equipment and type of user groups etc. The regulare inspections included in the monthly maintenance program include:
- Inspection of all equipment

- adjust and align where necessary
- lubrication where required
- cleaning of equipment
- make minor repairs
Our wharehouse carries a wide inventory of parts and is equipped to make major repairs on equipment that cannot be done on site.
PPL Fitness Maintenance Programs are in use in a variety of facilities throughout the GTA and in municipalities throughout the province. - Five full time factory trained and certified technicians conduct all our service and repairs in professional uniforms and friendly attitudes.
- Our technicians are trained in diagnosing and repairing all brands of equipment. It is essential to understand the full needs of our customers in order to provide unmatched service.
- Customers are provided with a written report at the time of every inspection with notes on what repairs are included. any major repairs required will be promptly quoted with any options available.
- Our technicians will alert and notify you of and pending repairs that may be required in the future based on the usage etc., to ensure you have time to budget and prepare.
- PPL Fitness provides priorit service and offer special discounts on fitness parts to our maintenance agreement customers.
- Our fleet of service vehichles are stocked with the most common repair items seen in our facilities to ensure fast and prompt attention when on site while eliminating added trips or delayed repairs.
- If the equipment is beyond repair our staff will advised our experienced sales representative who can provide various options for replacement with a preferred discount.
- PPL carry a multi million general liability insurance, have and extensive company Health and Safety Manual as well as current WSIB certificates that can be presented with our agreements.
